Overnight Collection and Preservation Kit
CLI has developed and perfected a unique collection and preservation kit that makes it possible for men to collect and transport their specimen to CLI from anywhere in the United States - Priority Male.
With Priority Male the depositor need only have access to an overnight air service to safely and efficiently store semen specimens at CLI. Each Priority Male kit is complete with the necessary forms, detailed instructions and a special transport media, which is added to the specimen prior to shipment. This media maintains the quality of the semen specimen during transportation. Overnight air transportation and delivery assures that CLI receives and processes the semen specimen within 24 hours. Each kit also includes pre-paid FedEx return shipment packaging for added convenience. Return by other carriers is at patient expense. Priority Male kits are easily obtained for a nominal fee by calling CLI at 1-800-466-2796. Kit(s) may be billed to major credit cards and will be shipped to the semen depositor. The depositor is responsible for coordinating the return overnight air shipment of the specimen to CLI.
